Genesee Gardens WAITLIST - One Bedroom Apartments

Our beautiful, spacious one-bedroom apartments include a living room, kitchen, dining area, one bath and VERY generous closet space. Plus, never pay a utility bill again! At Genesee Gardens Apartments, utilities (heat, hot water, electric, trash & sewer) ARE INCLUDED in your rent. Other amenities include ample on-site parking, modern laundry facilities and 24-hour emergency maintenance 7 days a week. No pet dogs or cats permitted.

NOTE: The rent listed is the MARKET rent. In order to qualify as a Market renter, an applicant's gross monthly income must equal 2.5 times the rent amount. If an applicant's income does not meet that qualification, then unfortunately we will be unable to assist at this time, as the waiting list for our ONE BEDROOM Section 8 rental assistance subsidies CLOSED as of July 31st, 2024 @4:30pm. As of that day/date, we are not accepting any rental assistance applications for our ONE BEDROOM Section 8 waiting list until further notice.

We are still accepting MARKET (full rent) applications for our one bedroom units.

The $20 application fee is charged to help defray our screening cost. Screening involves a credit check (the minimum credit score for each adult in the household must be 630 or better), criminal background check and rental history. PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to be on more than one waiting list (i.e., the one- and two-bedroom lists), you only need to complete ONE application. Just let us know any additional lists you would like to be on.
